Oh Lingadeva (Lord) God friend of the Universe
You are the cause for all this creation

Remover of odds and difficulties you are
Giver of wisdom and knowledge you are
Wisdom, wealth, peace and progress
Are gifts of you, the great donor

You are the father of this beautiful cosmos
You are the mother who nourish all souls
When the herd of problems cover from all sides
You are the merciful who save us from this

Vedantis call you as Parabrahman
Agamikas call you as Parashivam
Allaha Yahova Supreme God
Lingadeva are all Thy names

When the mind is murmuring in the darkness of ignorance
Unable to keep a single step forward
Flushing the light of knowledge in the path
Guiding Guru, you are Oh, merciful Lord

You being the giver of our daily bread
Remover of bondage of birth and death
You are the Holy power who give us
Self-confidence to face our earthly life

I am not begging anybody except you
Who are the most sublime Supreme soul
